
Okay so I know this is really retarded. But, I have tried so hard to make eggrolls many times and each time they come out D-I-S-C-U-S-T-I-N-G. To the point where you can not eat them. I have never fried them in oil, I always bake them. Maybe thats the problem? I really don't know. I have tried so many times, so many peoples recipes and they all suck!
I have chopped up cabbage, tried salad shrimps, green onions, and ginger! I have sauted it all in a pan and then put it in a wonton wrapper with egg whites to seal. Baked, and YUCK!
Seriously, what is wrong with me? This is nuts! I lover eggrolls more then any food. And, I just can not figure out the secret. :( I want to make eggrolls so bad! I never make anything in oil, and I never will. Its just so fatty. I just have to figure out these bad boys. I am doing research.
